Hi, Friends. I don't know about you, but here in the northeast, November has brought us colder temps and blustery winds. What's better than a hot cut of Chai tea to warm you up after being out in the cold! This is a dry mix recipe that you just add hot water to and you have the most delicious cup of Chai that rivals your favorite coffee shop!
I like to set up a hot tea bar this time of year so it's easy for family and friends to have a cup when they come in from the cold!
Here's the recipe!
I also made these cute tea themed mugs by cutting the words from black vinyl on my Silhouette Cameo. If you don't have a Silhouette, then use a Sharpee to write the words on the mugs! They are the perfect complement to serve your Chai tea!
I also wanted to let you know what will be happening here at Hymns and Verses for the month of November. Since I'll be off having surgery this Wednesday and will likely need the entire month, and maybe more, to recover; I've asked some of my favorite bloggers to drop by and guest post for me! I was so touched by their quick response and offers to help me in this way! This is going to be such a treat for you! Like I said, they are some of MY very favorite blogs to read for inspiration!
If you want to have a sneak peak at their amazing style, here is a list with links to each of their blogs!
I can't tell you how thankful I am for each of these women and their willingness to help out a blogging friend! THE BEST thing that has happened to me since I began my blogging journey, has been the friendships I've made with other DIY and home decor bloggers! I'll be back tomorrow with a schedule for the month of November! As always, you can be sure not to miss a single post by subscribing to my blog by email.
