I titled this post "Best in Show Pumpkin Cupcakes" because, seriously, these cupcakes should win the Blue Ribbon at the County Fair! The moist pumpkin cupcake alone is divine, but the salted caramel cream cheese frosting takes it to blue ribbon status!
